Cultural flairs and exotic eats can help people understand a country’s heritage without travelling thousands of kilometres away.
A new cooking program in Erin hopes to do just that while providing marginalized groups a chance to bring their spices to the table.
“This can be an opportunity to bring our rural community back together again through events that promote a greater understanding of different cultures,” said Chef Pam Fanjoy, owner of Fanjoy Culinary + Wellness Centre. “To create an environment in Erin and Hillsburgh of more inclusiveness.”
